You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. We've designed and sourced materials to make our products durable and long-lasting. All our products are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Email us at email@example.com if your product is not performing as it should within one-year of purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To return your product:

2) You will be asked to provide a receipt or proof of purchase
3) Mail your product per the email instruction
4) Once product is received & inspected, and refund is approved, your purchase will be refunded

Yes, We designed the carabiner attachment to work on any D-ring on any collar or harness.
MUi leash works best for medium and large dogs (~25 lbs to 120 lbs). A small dog leash will be in our future product line.
Yes. The dual-hook system is a strong latch on its own. Use it like any other leashes.
